HOW CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS FROM YOU?

As each order is as unique as each of clients, every enquiry and order is treated as such. For bespoke products you would like us to source, please contact our sales team on 0845 370 9001 to discuss your requirements.

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU TO ORDER?

Yes, we will require you to fill out a brief form and supply details of two trade references.

CAN I REQUEST PRODUCT SAMPLES BEFORE I ORDER?

On selected items we can provide complimentary samples for other samples or pre-production samples a cost will apply, please Contact us with your requirements.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR BESPOKE ORDERS?

This depends on the nature of the product, generally this can range between 3-4 weeks for luggage/travel products and promotional items. For curated hotel products this can be between 4-14 weeks to provide us ample time to come up with ideas, produce pre-production samples and ensure that we have sufficient time to execute and deliver the order. We can of course work to shorter lead times on request.

CAN YOU SOURCE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY / SOCIALLY CONSCIOUS PRODUCTS?

This is an extremely popular request. Once we dig into your company values and brand ethos, we will be able to suggest products from our very extensive range of eco-friendly options.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT TERMS?

Payment terms are 30 days net if you have a credit account with us. For non-credit accounts payment terms are typically a 100% in advance prior to production for the first order, thereafter 50% in advance with the balance due before shipping. Depending on the size of the order, complexity of the order and whether you are an existing customer with us, alternative payment terms may be considered on application.
